Delivery:

We prefer to ship with DHL or DPD, for which we charge Eur. 5.00 per package, or if it is an order above 60 Euro, delivery is free. You can choose delivery with PostNL, for which you pay the normal shipping costs. In Amstelveen, Uithoorn, Aalsmeer and Amsterdam Buitenveldert we deliver to your home free of charge. Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Aftercancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal,
the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at customerservice@dareamsterdam.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
We can send you a return label, then we will not refund the shipping costs to you once the package has been received.
Return exceptions State here the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Also indicate with the article itself clearly indicates that it cannot be returned before the consumer has ordered it. NB: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products: a. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable. b. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications; c. that are clearly personal in nature; d. which cannot be returned due to their nature; e. that can spoil or age quickly; f. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; g. for loose newspapers and magazines; h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal. Guarantee We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time.

A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable.

If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
